Should you build Augusta?

Augusta is an Electro Heavy Attack damage dealer with two Liberation casts. Sword of Eternal Oath helps fill Ascendancy, while Sublime is the Sun spends two Majesty stacks on a seven-second locked sequence that ends with Everbright Protector.

What to know before spending pulls

Her full enhanced Liberation works at S0. Outside combat, Blazing Valor restores one Majesty stack and Crown of Wills, so an opener needs only one Undying Sunlight plunge for the second stack. Later rotations can also gain Majesty when a teammate affected by Augusta's Outro performs their own Outro.

Do you need the signature weapon?

Thunderflare Dominion is Augusta's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 675 ATK and 12.15% Crit Rate. Intro or Resonance Skill grants 20% Heavy Attack DMG Bonus, and gaining a shield builds up to five stacks of 7.2% Heavy Attack DEF ignore. Augusta creates her own shield when she deals damage, so she can build these stacks during normal play. Aureate Zenith is the listed 4-star option with 413 ATK and 40.5% Crit DMG; Liberation grants 7.2% ATK and 10.8% Heavy Attack DMG Bonus for 15 seconds. Thunderflare has the stronger shield-linked package, while Aureate activates from the Liberation already used in every cycle.

Another character copy or the weapon?

S1 means Augusta's first Resonance Chain upgrade. Crown of Wills gains 15% Crit DMG per stack, its cap rises to two, Intro grants one stack, and the full Undying Sunlight Skill chain becomes immune to interruption. Thunderflare Dominion instead supplies ATK, Crit Rate, Heavy Attack damage, and shield-triggered DEF ignore. S1 makes the Ascendancy payoff safer and expands Crown of Wills; the weapon strengthens the Heavy Attack kit without changing the rotation.

Advice for your account

First combat opener

Wait at least four seconds outside combat so Blazing Valor provides one Majesty and Crown of Wills. Build full Ascendancy and complete Undying Sunlight: Plunge for the second Majesty, then use Sublime is the Sun.

Repeat team rotation

Use Augusta's Outro on the next teammate. If that teammate performs Outro during the 14-second effect, Augusta receives one Majesty and Crown of Wills for her next entry.

Account using Aureate Zenith

Cast Sword of Eternal Oath before the main Heavy Attack sequence to activate the weapon's 15-second ATK and Heavy Attack bonuses. Its Crit DMG main stat means Crit Rate must come from Echoes.

Rotation and troubleshooting

Easy rotation

Begin with one Majesty from Blazing Valor or a previous teammate Outro. Enter through Intro to fill Prowess and gain 20 Ascendancy. Spend full Prowess on Thunderoar: Backstep into Spinslash or Uppercut. Cast Sword of Eternal Oath for 40 Ascendancy, use Warrior's Blade for 10, and land Normal Attacks until Ascendancy reaches 100. Cast Undying Sunlight: Strike, follow with Leap, then Plunge to spend Ascendancy and gain the second Majesty. Hold Liberation to cast Sublime is the Sun, perform nine Sunborne attacks, then use Everbright Protector before the seven-second state ends.

Opening vs. repeat cycles

The opener receives one Majesty and Crown of Wills after Augusta stays out of combat for more than four seconds. A repeat cycle can instead use Battlesong of the Unyielding: Augusta Outrows to a teammate, and that teammate's Outro grants Augusta one Majesty and Crown of Wills while the effect is active. Undying Sunlight: Plunge supplies the other Majesty in both cases.

Why this skill priority

Liberation, Forte Circuit, and Basic Attack lead together because both Liberation casts, Ascendancy, Majesty, the Undying Sunlight chain, Prowess, and Thunderoar form one linked Heavy Attack cycle. Resonance Skill contributes Ascendancy and becomes the three-part plunge at full meter.

Required buffs and assumptions

The fast sequence assumes Augusta enters with one Majesty already prepared and has enough normal hits to finish Ascendancy after Intro, Skill, and Sword of Eternal Oath provide 70 total. Sublime is the Sun disables switching for seven seconds, so all nine Sunborne attacks and Everbright Protector must be handled by Augusta.

Energy Regen target

No minimum Energy Regen target is listed in the current build data. Sword of Eternal Oath consumes Resonance Energy and supplies 40 Ascendancy; Sublime is the Sun consumes two Majesty instead. Delaying the first Liberation also delays the enhanced Skill and second Majesty.

Troubleshooting

Sublime is the Sun is unavailable

Likely cause: Augusta has fewer than two Majesty stacks.

Check: Confirm one stack came from Blazing Valor or a teammate Outro under Battlesong, and another came from Undying Sunlight: Plunge.

Fix: Prepare the first Majesty before entry, fill Ascendancy, and finish the Strike, Leap, Plunge chain for the second.

Undying Sunlight: Strike does not replace Warrior's Blade

Likely cause: Ascendancy has not reached 100.

Check: Intro grants 20, Warrior's Blade grants 10, Sword of Eternal Oath grants 40, and Normal Attacks supply the rest.

Fix: Continue Normal Attacks until Ascendancy is full, then cast Resonance Skill and complete all three stages.

Everbright Protector fires before nine Sunborne attacks

Likely cause: The seven-second Sworn Allegiance state expired, Liberation was held to finish early, or an interaction ended the state.

Check: Switching is disabled and environmental or gameplay interactions end Sworn Allegiance without the normal manual sequence.

Fix: Start attacking immediately, avoid interactions, and use Normal Attack continuously until the ninth Sunborne unlocks the finisher.
