Crit Rate at least 65% for full Resonance Liberation Buff (+30% Crit Damage for the team)
Should you build Qiuyuan?
Qiuyuan is an Aero sub-DPS and Echo Skill buffer. Intro nearly prepares his enhanced sword sequence, Liberation converts Crit Rate above 50% into team Crit DMG, and Outro gives the next character 50% Echo Skill DMG Amplification.
What to know before spending pulls
His full 600-point Soliloquy loop and both team buffs work at S0. Reach at least 65% displayed Crit Rate so Sundering Strike grants its maximum 30% team Crit DMG, then build Crit DMG, ATK, and Heavy Attack damage. Send his Outro directly to an Echo Skill damage dealer because the amplification ends when that character switches out.
Do you need the signature weapon?
Emerald Sentence is Qiuyuan's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 588 ATK and 24.3% Crit Rate. Echo Skills used after Intro or Basic Attacks build up to two 30% Heavy Attack DMG stacks, and Intro grants the team 20% Echo Skill DMG Bonus for 30 seconds. Emerald of Genesis has the same ATK and Crit Rate, adds 12.8% Energy Regen, and gains up to 12% ATK from two Skill casts. Emerald Sentence matches his enhanced Heavy Attacks and adds another team buff; Emerald of Genesis is a simpler existing option that helps fund Liberation.
Another character copy or the weapon?
S1 means Qiuyuan's first Resonance Chain upgrade. It gives him 20% Crit Rate and prevents interruption during To Teach, To Save, and To Sacrifice. The extra Crit Rate makes the 65% team-buff target much easier to reach. Emerald Sentence instead supplies 24.3% Crit Rate, personal Heavy Attack damage, and 20% team Echo Skill damage after Intro. Both help the Crit requirement, but S1 adds execution safety while the weapon adds team and personal damage to the existing sequence.
Advice for your account
Use Intro to activate Emerald Sentence's team bonus if equipped, reach Bamboo's Shade for another 30% Echo Skill DMG Bonus, cast Liberation, then Outro directly to the Echo Skill carry.
Sundering Strike grants 2% team Crit DMG for each Crit Rate point above 50%, up to 30%. Below 65% Crit Rate the buff still works, but it does not reach its cap.
This listed 4-star option has 463 ATK and 18.225% ATK. Resonance Skill restores 6 Resonance Energy and grants 10% ATK for 16 seconds once every 20 seconds, but the build must find the 65% Crit target through Echoes.

Rotation and troubleshooting
Easy rotation
Enter with Intro to gain 400 Swordster's Soliloquy and activate Bamboo's Shade. Press Normal Attack during the follow-up window to start Thus Spoke the Blade: Inkwash at Stage 3, then complete Stage 4. Those two hits add 200 more Soliloquy and reach the 600-point cap, starting the eight-second Inksplash of Mind state. Hold Normal Attack through To Teach, To Save, and To Sacrifice before the state expires. The final hit restores 30 Concerto Energy while Quietude Within is active. Cast Sundering Strike for the team Crit DMG buff, finish Concerto if needed, then Outro directly to the Echo Skill damage dealer.
Opening vs. repeat cycles
Intro is the fast setup because it grants 400 Soliloquy and routes directly into Inkwash Stage 3. Without Intro, Basic Attack Stage 3 and each enhanced Inkwash stage grant only 100, so reaching 600 takes longer. Soliloquy is cleared when Inksplash of Mind ends, whether the points were spent successfully or the eight-second window expired.
Why this skill priority
Forte Circuit leads because Soliloquy, Bamboo's Shade, Inksplash of Mind, and the three enhanced Heavy Attacks define both his personal damage and team Echo Skill bonus. Liberation follows for its damage and Crit Rate-scaled team Crit DMG. Basic Attack contains the Inkwash route used to finish the meter after Intro.
Required buffs and assumptions
The fast cycle assumes Intro is available and its Normal Attack follow-up is used before the input window closes. Quietude Within can trigger once every 22 seconds and ends if Qiuyuan switches out, so complete all three enhanced Heavy Attacks before leaving. Outro must go to the intended Echo Skill carry and ends if that character switches.
Energy Regen target
No minimum Energy Regen target is listed in the current build data. Emerald of Genesis and Endless Collapse can help fund Sundering Strike, but the more explicit gearing requirement is at least 65% Crit Rate for its full 30% team Crit DMG buff.
Troubleshooting
Inksplash of Mind does not start after Intro
Likely cause: Intro supplied only 400 Soliloquy and the Stage 3 to Stage 4 Normal Attack follow-up was missed.
Check: Confirm both enhanced Inkwash hits landed after Intro, adding 100 Soliloquy each.
Fix: Press Normal Attack in the Intro follow-up window and complete Stages 3 and 4 to reach 600.
Soliloquy disappears before To Sacrifice
Likely cause: The eight-second Inksplash of Mind state expired before all three held Heavy Attacks finished.
Check: Watch the state timer and avoid inserting unrelated actions after reaching 600.
Fix: Immediately hold Normal Attack through To Teach, To Save, and To Sacrifice, then use the remaining rotation.
Sundering Strike gives less than 30% team Crit DMG
Likely cause: Qiuyuan's Crit Rate is below 65% when Liberation is cast.
Check: The buff starts above 50% Crit Rate and gains 2% Crit DMG per additional point, capped after 15 points.
Fix: Raise displayed Crit Rate to at least 65% before relying on the maximum buff.

How to Play
Qiuyuan restores Swordster's Soliloquy through Basic Attack Stage 3 and Dodge Counter. When Swordster's Soliloquy reaches 200/400/600 points, Qiuyuan unlocks Thus Spoke the Blade: Inkwash, Bamboo's Shade, and Inksplash of Mind respectively. In the Inksplash of Mind state, Qiuyuan cannot restore Swordster's Soliloquy, but he can consume Swordster's Soliloquy to increase his skills' DMG.
