Camellya Build Guide

Sanguine Blossom

Stat Priority
Should you build Camellya?
Camellya is a Havoc main damage dealer whose normal, vine, Heavy, and Skill attacks are treated as Basic Attack damage. She spends 100 Crimson Pistils to build Crimson Buds and Concerto Energy, then casts Ephemeral to enter Budding Mode, refill the Pistils, and empower the second half of her field window.
What to know before spending pulls
Her complete two-phase loop works at S0. The main requirement is giving her enough uninterrupted field time to spend the first Pistil gauge, cast Ephemeral, and spend the refilled gauge before switching. A Basic Attack support such as Roccia or Sanhua improves the attacks already used in both phases, so finish that team structure before treating an extra copy as required.
Do you need the signature weapon?
Red Spring is Camellya's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 588 ATK and 24.3% Crit Rate. It grants 12% ATK, builds three 10% Basic Attack DMG Bonus stacks from Basic Attack damage, and grants another 40% Basic Attack DMG Bonus for 10 seconds when Concerto Energy is consumed. Ephemeral consumes 70 Concerto Energy, so it activates the weapon for Budding Mode. Emerald of Genesis is a standard alternative with the same ATK and Crit Rate, plus 12.8% Energy Regen and up to 12% ATK after two Skill casts. Red Spring is tailored to her Basic Attack and Ephemeral loop; Emerald gives useful general stats without the large post-Ephemeral bonus.
Another character copy or the weapon?
S1 means Camellya's first Resonance Chain upgrade. Intro grants 28% Crit DMG for 18 seconds, once every 25 seconds, and Ephemeral becomes immune to interruption. Red Spring instead supplies Crit Rate and Basic Attack bonuses before and after Ephemeral. S1 protects the transition into Budding Mode and rewards entering through Intro; the weapon strengthens nearly every damaging action in the field window. Her Pistil, Bud, Ephemeral, and Budding Mode systems work without either.
Advice for your account
Cast Crimson Blossom and later Floral Ravage to build its two ATK stacks. It shares Red Spring's 24.3% Crit Rate, so the same Echo build can remain usable while changing weapons.
Casting Crimson Blossom grants 20% Basic and Heavy Attack DMG Bonus. Camellya's inherent skill makes Pruning count as Basic Attack damage, so the passive supports either her ground route or vine route.
Have Roccia Outro directly into Camellya. Its 20% Havoc and 25% Basic Attack amplification lasts until Camellya switches out, matching the long two-phase field window.

Rotation and troubleshooting
Easy rotation
Enter through Intro to restore 100 Crimson Pistils. Choose a stance for the first phase: stay on the ground and use the normal string, or cast Crimson Blossom and use Vining Waltz while suspended. Keep dealing the listed Basic Attack damage until all Pistils are consumed, gaining one Crimson Bud and four Concerto Energy for every 10 spent. Cast Liberation during this field window when ready. Once Concerto Energy is full and Ephemeral is available, press Resonance Skill to spend 70 Concerto Energy, consume up to 10 Buds, refill 100 Pistils, and enter Budding Mode. Repeat the chosen attack route with Sweet Dream's higher multipliers until the second Pistil gauge is empty, then use Outro.
Opening vs. repeat cycles
Intro refills all 100 Pistils, so a proper Intro starts the first phase immediately. Ephemeral refills the second 100 and starts Budding Mode. Switching out ends Budding Mode even if Pistils remain, while staying until the gauge empties ends it naturally. Crimson Buds last 15 seconds, so a slow first phase can lose early stacks before Ephemeral consumes them.
Advanced rotation
The ground route keeps movement available: use the five-hit normal string and hold after Stage 3 for repeated strikes. The Blossom route begins with Crimson Blossom, uses Vining Waltz and the held Blazing Waltz after Stage 3, then ends with Floral Ravage. Both routes consume the same Pistils and count as Basic Attack damage. Use Floral Ravage only when ready to leave Blossom Mode, because it ends the suspended stance immediately.
Why this skill priority
Basic Attack, Forte Circuit, Resonance Skill, and Liberation are all listed first. Basic Attack contains the ground route, the Forte controls Pistils, Buds, Ephemeral, and Sweet Dream, and Resonance Skill contains the full Blossom route. Liberation is direct Havoc damage used inside the same long field window.
Required buffs and assumptions
The full loop assumes Camellya enters through Intro and can remain active through both Pistil gauges. Ephemeral requires full Concerto Energy and consumes 70, so spending one Pistil gauge alone, which supplies 40 Concerto through Crimson Bud generation, does not guarantee Ephemeral without the rest of her attacks and team setup.
Energy Regen target
No Energy Regen target is listed in the current build. Crimson Pistil attacks have 150% higher energy generation before Ephemeral, but their energy generation becomes zero during Budding Mode. Cast Liberation from the energy built in the first phase rather than expecting the empowered second phase to refill it.
Troubleshooting
Ephemeral does not replace Resonance Skill
Likely cause: Concerto Energy is not full or Ephemeral is still on cooldown.
Check: Check the Concerto gauge after spending the first Pistils. Every 10 Pistils gives only four Concerto Energy through the Forte.
Fix: Continue the attack string and use the team's Intro setup until Concerto is full, then press Resonance Skill.
Budding Mode ends before the second Pistil gauge is spent
Likely cause: Camellya switched off the field.
Check: Confirm whether another character was selected after Ephemeral.
Fix: Keep Camellya active until the refilled 100 Pistils are consumed, then leave through Outro.
Camellya falls from the vines or leaves Blossom Mode unexpectedly
Likely cause: Stamina ran out, Floral Ravage was cast, Vining Ronde was used, or the Levitator ended the stance.
Check: Watch stamina and the last input used while she is suspended.
Fix: Use the ground route when stamina is low. In the vine route, reserve Floral Ravage for the end of the suspended attack sequence.
