What to know before spending pulls

Her base kit contains both the personal-damage and Spectro Frazzle support routes. Absolution is the direct damage choice; Confession is the usual choice beside a character such as Zani who consumes or benefits from Frazzle. Phoebe cannot change states while Divine Voice remains, so learning the correct state and spending its 60 points matters more than adding an early copy.

Do you need the signature weapon?

Luminous Hymn is Phoebe's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 500 ATK and 36% Crit Rate. It grants 12% ATK, and damaging a target with Spectro Frazzle grants 14% Basic Attack and Heavy Attack DMG Bonus for 6 seconds, stacking up to three times. Outro also amplifies nearby targets' Spectro Frazzle damage by 30% for 30 seconds. Stringmaster is a general alternative with the same 500 ATK and 36% Crit Rate. It grants 12% Attribute DMG Bonus and builds ATK through Resonance Skill damage, but it lacks Luminous Hymn's Heavy Attack and Frazzle handoff. The featured weapon supports both Phoebe states more directly.

Another character copy or the weapon?

S1 means Phoebe's first Resonance Chain upgrade. In Absolution, it raises Liberation's added multiplier from 255% to 480%. In Confession, Liberation gains a 90% multiplier increase and applies the target's maximum allowed Spectro Frazzle stacks. Luminous Hymn instead improves Basic and Heavy Attacks against Frazzled targets and adds Frazzle amplification after Outro. S1 concentrates its upgrade in Liberation and changes Confession's stack application; the weapon contributes throughout the Starflash and handoff loop. Both states are complete at S0.

Advice for your account

Easy rotation

For Confession support, wait for 120 Prayer, then hold Resonance Skill to cast Utter Confession, apply one Spectro Frazzle stack, and restore 60 Divine Voice. Summon Ring of Mirrors with Resonance Skill. Complete Basic Attack Stage 3, then hold Normal Attack for Starflash; repeat the three-hit string and Starflash once more to spend the remaining Divine Voice and apply five Frazzle stacks with each Starflash. Cast Liberation to apply eight more stacks, build full Concerto Energy, then use Outro into the Frazzle damage dealer.

Opening vs. repeat cycles

Prayer restores automatically at five points per second and takes 24 seconds to refill from zero. Entering either state restores 60 Divine Voice. Phoebe cannot choose a new state while any Divine Voice remains, and reaching zero does not end the current state by itself. Spend the gauge before attempting to change roles on the next cycle.

Advanced rotation

For Absolution damage, wait for 120 Prayer and hold Normal Attack for Absolution Litany. Summon Ring of Mirrors, fight inside it to use Chamuel's Star, and complete Stage 3 to unlock Starflash. Hold Normal Attack to spend 15 Divine Voice on Starflash, then repeat the Stage 3 into Starflash route while Divine Voice remains. Keep Spectro Frazzle on the target for Starflash's 256% damage amplification. Cast the enhanced Liberation and use Outro after completing Phoebe's damage window.

Why this skill priority

Forte Circuit, Basic Attack, Liberation, and Resonance Skill are all listed first because each state uses the entire package. The Forte selects Absolution or Confession and defines Starflash. Basic Attack Stage 3 unlocks Starflash, Liberation changes by state, and Ring of Mirrors changes Phoebe's normal attacks and groups targets.

Required buffs and assumptions

The Confession route assumes Phoebe is supporting a team that deals meaningful Spectro Frazzle damage. Silent Prayer lasts 30 seconds or ends early if Phoebe switches to Absolution. The Absolution route assumes the target already has Spectro Frazzle when Starflash lands; without it, the stated 256% damage amplification does not activate.

Energy Regen target

No minimum Energy Regen target is listed in the current build data. Liberation is a major payoff in both states, but its function changes: Absolution increases its direct multiplier, while Confession applies eight Spectro Frazzle stacks. Add Energy Regen when the chosen team cannot cast it on schedule.
