Should you build Lynae?

Lynae is a Spectro sub-DPS who can support either Tune Rupture or Tune Strain. She applies the selected Shifting status through Photochromic Flux, gives the team 24% increased damage with Liberation, and hands the next character both All DMG and Liberation DMG Amplification through Outro.

What to know before spending pulls

Her full two-stage resource loop and team buffs work at S0. Select the Resonance Mode that matches the team's status before combat, then build Overflow, enter Kaleidoscopic Parade, and spend Lumiflow on three Polychrome Leaps. Her current build recommends at least 120% Energy Regen so Prismatic Overblast remains available each cycle.

Do you need the signature weapon?

Spectrum Blaster is Lynae's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 588 ATK and 24.3% Crit Rate. Intro or Basic Attack damage grants 36% Basic Attack DMG Bonus for 4 seconds, and applying either supported Shifting status during Basic Attacks builds up to three 8% team damage stacks for 30 seconds. The Last Dance is the first listed alternative, with 500 ATK and 72% Crit DMG; Intro or Liberation grants 48% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus for 5 seconds. Spectrum Blaster matches Lynae's Basic Attack finishers and team role, while The Last Dance mainly strengthens her Skill damage and is most relevant if the account already owns it.

Another character copy or the weapon?

S1 means Lynae's first Resonance Chain upgrade. It raises Polychrome Leap's multiplier, doubles Spray Paint's duration, adds a periodic pull, protects Leap and Visual Impact from interruption, and refills Overflow while out of combat. Spectrum Blaster instead adds Crit Rate, Basic Attack damage, and a team damage buff from her normal Shifting applications. S1 improves setup, control, and execution safety; the weapon strengthens both Lynae and the team during the existing S0 loop.

Advice for your account

Tune Rupture team with Aemeath

Select Tune Rupture mode before starting. Lynae's Photochromic Flux then applies Tune Rupture - Shifting, and her Outro gives Aemeath 25% Liberation DMG Amplification for the Finale window.

Tune Strain team

Select Tune Strain mode so Photochromic Flux applies the correct Shifting status. Visual Impact still grants 40 Tune Break Boost to the whole team for 30 seconds, regardless of which mode is selected.

Account using The Last Dance

Use Intro or Liberation shortly before Lynae-Style Palettes or Additive Color to activate its Skill bonus. It has strong Crit DMG, but it does not provide Spectrum Blaster's team damage stacks.

Rotation and troubleshooting

Easy rotation

Enter through Intro to apply Photochromic Flux and gain 100 Overflow. Use Lynae-Style Palettes and enough Basic Attacks to reach the 120-point Overflow cap. Hold Normal Attack and keep charging until all Overflow becomes full Lumiflow; releasing casts Spark Collision and enters Kaleidoscopic Parade. Keep moving while using attacks so Lumiflow recovers instead of draining. Cast Polychrome Leap three times to gain three True Color, then use Normal Attack or Resonance Skill in mid-air for Visual Impact. Cast Prismatic Overblast for its 30-second team damage increase, fill Concerto, and Outro directly into the Liberation damage dealer who should receive Lynae's 14-second buffs.

Opening vs. repeat cycles

Intro supplies 100 of the 120 Overflow needed for the first Spark Collision and grants Lynae 25% Spectro DMG Bonus for 9 seconds. If she enters without Intro, Basic Attacks, Lynae-Style Palettes, Mid-air Attack, and Dodge Counter must build the full meter. Leaving Kaleidoscopic Parade removes all Lumiflow and True Color, so finish the three-Leap sequence before switching.

Why this skill priority

Forte Circuit and Basic Attack lead because Overflow, Lumiflow, Polychrome Leap, Visual Impact, and the selected Shifting status form the main field sequence. Liberation is also important for its damage and 24% team damage increase. Resonance Skill helps fill Overflow and continue attacks in both states, but it does not replace the three-Leap requirement for Visual Impact.

Required buffs and assumptions

Choose Tune Rupture or Tune Strain mode to match the team before applying Photochromic Flux. The rotation also assumes Lynae keeps moving or attacking during Kaleidoscopic Parade; standing still, staying off-field, or waiting too long after an allowed action drains Lumiflow at 20% per second.

Energy Regen target

The build data recommends at least 120% Energy Regen. Prismatic Overblast gives all nearby teammates 24% increased damage for 30 seconds, while Outro separately buffs only the next character for 14 seconds or until that character switches out. Cast Liberation before the handoff and send Outro to the intended damage dealer.

Troubleshooting

Spark Collision is unavailable after Intro

Likely cause: Intro restores 100 Overflow, which is short of the 120-point cap.

Check: Look at Overflow before holding Normal Attack in Optical Sampling Stage.

Fix: Use Lynae-Style Palettes or a short Basic Attack string to gain the remaining 20 Overflow first.

Lynae cannot cast all three Polychrome Leaps

Likely cause: Lumiflow was not fully charged or drained while she stood still or remained off-field.

Check: Each Leap costs one third of maximum Lumiflow. Confirm Spark Collision was charged to level 3 and keep Lynae moving between inputs.

Fix: Convert the full 120 Overflow before release, then move or attack during Kaleidoscopic Parade to restore Lumiflow.

Visual Impact does not appear after jumping

Likely cause: Lynae has fewer than three True Color points, is no longer airborne, or Visual Impact is on cooldown.

Check: Count three Polychrome Leap stages in combat and confirm Lynae is still in Kaleidoscopic Parade and mid-air.

Fix: Complete all three Leap stages without switching, then press Normal Attack or Resonance Skill in mid-air. If Visual Impact is on cooldown, the same input casts Iridescent Splash instead.

How to Play

Polychrome Leap: With enough Lumiflow, press Jump to cast Polychrome Leap, gaining 1 point of True Color and inflicting Photochromic Flux on targets upon hit. While in Optical Sampling Stage, Normal Attack, Resonance Skill, Lynae-Style Palettes, and Dodge Counter recover Overflow. With full Overflow, can cast Spark Collision and enter Kaleidoscopic Parade, during which Overflow is continuously converted into Lumiflow. While in Kaleidoscopic Parade and skating on the ground, continuously recover Lumiflow. Casting Polychrome Leap consumes Lumiflow and recovers True Color. Lynae can switch between Resonance Mode - Tune Rupture and Resonance Mode - Tune Strain, which allows her to inflict Tune Rupture - Shifting or Tune Strain - Shifting on targets respectively. Casting Prismatic Overblast and Visual Impact grants bonus to all Resonators in the team. Outro Skill grants the incoming Resonator All DMG Amplification and Resonance Liberation DMG Amplification.
