Rebecca Build Guide

Should you build Rebecca?
Rebecca is an Electro sub damage dealer who supports Heavy Attack characters. Her Liberation gives the team 20% ATK, and her Outro gives the incoming character 15% All DMG Amplification plus Heavy Attack amplification that builds to 35% while that character stays on the field.
What to know before spending pulls
Her base kit already contains the full Heavy Attack support package, so extra copies are not required for the role. She works best when the next character wants uninterrupted field time for Heavy Attacks. Her current teams pair her with Lucy, Yangyang: Xuanling, or Jiyan, all of whom can use at least part of that Outro window.
Do you need the signature weapon?
Skull Thrasher is Rebecca's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 500 ATK and 72% Crit DMG. Intro grants 24% Basic Attack DMG Bonus, and inflicting Hack - Shifting adds another 12% for Rebecca plus 24% team ATK for 30 seconds. Static Mist is the straightforward standard alternative with 588 ATK, 24.3% Crit Rate, 12.8% Energy Regen, and a 10% ATK increase for the incoming character after Rebecca's Outro. Skull Thrasher strengthens Rebecca's Basic Attack damage and team ATK; Static Mist helps energy and reinforces the same Outro handoff without requiring her featured weapon.
Another character copy or the weapon?
S1 means Rebecca's first Resonance Chain upgrade. It raises several Huntress and Guts attack multipliers by 50%, adds Street Smarts stacks when A Girl Gets What She Wants activates, lets Tactical Dodge spend those stacks to restore Stamina, and protects BOOM! Fireworks! from interruption. Skull Thrasher instead adds Crit DMG, Basic Attack bonuses, and team ATK. S1 mainly improves Rebecca's own field time and safety; the weapon improves her damage while also supporting the team. Her base Outro already provides the Heavy Attack buff, so neither upgrade is required to unlock her role.
Advice for your account
Use it and focus on clean Outro handoffs. Its Energy Regen supports Liberation, and its passive adds 10% ATK to the incoming character for the same 14-second window as Rebecca's Edgerunner Bonds.
Rebecca's Outro fits this team. Overlimit gains one stack every 0.2 seconds and reaches 35% Heavy Attack amplification while the incoming character remains active, alongside 15% All DMG Amplification.
S1 adds damage, Stamina recovery, and interruption protection to her own actions. It is more relevant here than on an account that swaps her out immediately after Liberation and Outro.

Rotation and troubleshooting
Easy rotation
Enter with Intro Skill, which switches Rebecca's weapon mode and restores 50 Fervor. Cast Resonance Skill, then use normal attacks until Fervor reaches 120. Hold Normal Attack to spend all Fervor on Rat-tat-tat in Huntress mode or Bang-bang-bang in Guts mode. Cast Liberation, then press Normal Attack or Liberation at the two enhancement timings while the machine gun fires. Let Overload reach 90 so BOOM! Fireworks! casts automatically, then use Outro into the Heavy Attack damage dealer.
Opening vs. repeat cycles
Rebecca starts in Huntress mode by default. Intro and Resonance Skill switch between Huntress and Guts, so the next enhanced Heavy Attack depends on the mode left by the previous action. Hot Hand regenerates at 10 per second; when it reaches 120, the next Intro or Resonance Skill grants both mode bonuses for 12 seconds. A repeat cycle that begins below 120 Hot Hand will not receive that combined bonus immediately.
Why this skill priority
Resonance Liberation is first because Party 'til Dawn supplies her largest field sequence and triggers the team ATK buff. Forte Circuit follows because it controls Fervor, Hot Hand, mode bonuses, enhanced Heavy Attacks, and Hack - Shifting. Resonance Skill is next because it changes modes and contributes Fervor.
Required buffs and assumptions
The Outro rotation assumes the incoming character stays active. Switching again removes Edgerunner Bonds and its Overlimit stacks early. Hack support also assumes the team can create Hack - Interfered through Tune Break; Rebecca applies Hack - Shifting herself but does not create every required response condition alone.
Troubleshooting
The enhanced Heavy Attack does not appear
Likely cause: Fervor has not reached its 120-point maximum.
Check: Check the Fervor gauge after Intro, Resonance Skill, and normal attacks. Intro restores 50 when it grants A Girl Gets What She Wants.
Fix: Land more normal attacks or the Resonance Skill, then hold Normal Attack only after Fervor reaches 120.
BOOM! Fireworks! triggers with low Overload
Likely cause: Rebecca left Mk. 31 HMG mode early or held Liberation to fire the ending attack manually.
Check: Watch the 90-point Overload gauge and whether the field's 9.5-second firing period was allowed to continue.
Fix: Use both enhancement timings and remain in the HMG sequence until Overload reaches maximum. Do not hold Liberation early unless ending the mode is intentional.
The incoming character loses Rebecca's Heavy Attack amplification
Likely cause: That character switched out, which ends Edgerunner Bonds and Overlimit immediately.
Check: Confirm the character who received Rebecca's Outro remains active during the damage window.
Fix: Outro directly into the Heavy Attack carry and finish that character's field sequence before switching again.
