Should you build Changli?

Changli is a Fusion damage dealer who enters True Sight, converts its next ground or aerial attack into Resonance Skill damage, and gains one Enflamement from each successful True Sight attack. At four stacks, her held Heavy Attack becomes Flaming Sacrifice. Liberation immediately restores four stacks, allowing a second Flaming Sacrifice.

What to know before spending pulls

Her full double-Flaming-Sacrifice loop works at S0. She can act as the main damage dealer or share field time with another Fusion character. Her Outro benefits an incoming character who deals both Fusion and Liberation damage, so complete that handoff before treating an extra copy as necessary.

Do you need the signature weapon?

Blazing Brilliance is Changli's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 588 ATK and 48.6% Crit DMG. It grants 12% ATK and builds Searing Feather through damage and Skill casts. Each of up to 14 stacks grants 4% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus, matching True Sight attacks and Flaming Sacrifice. Emerald of Genesis is a standard alternative with 588 ATK, 24.3% Crit Rate, 12.8% Energy Regen, and up to 12% ATK after two Skill casts. Blazing Brilliance has the stronger Skill-focused ceiling; Emerald makes Crit Rate and Liberation energy easier to cover.

Another character copy or the weapon?

S1 means Changli's first Resonance Chain upgrade. Tripartite Flames and Flaming Sacrifice gain 10% damage and stronger interruption resistance. Blazing Brilliance instead supplies Crit DMG and a stacking Skill damage bonus across the full rotation. S1 makes her key casts safer and improves two specific actions; the weapon improves every True Sight attack and Flaming Sacrifice as its stacks build. Her True Sight and Enflamement loop works without either.

Advice for your account

Account using Emerald of Genesis

Use both Tripartite Flames charges during setup to reach the weapon's two ATK stacks. Its Energy Regen also supports the Liberation that creates Changli's second four-stack spend.

Account using the 4-star Endless Collapse

The first Skill restores six Resonance Energy and grants 10% ATK for 16 seconds. This supports the standard two-charge setup without changing Changli's True Sight inputs.

Fusion Liberation carry after Changli

Use Outro directly into that character. They receive 20% Fusion DMG Amplification and 25% Resonance Liberation DMG Amplification for 10 seconds, or until they switch out.

Rotation and troubleshooting

Easy rotation

Enter through Intro to start in True Sight, then use a ground Normal Attack for Conquest or jump and attack for Charge, gaining one Enflamement on hit. Cast the first Tripartite Flames charge, then use another True Sight attack for the second stack. Repeat with the second Skill charge for the third. Complete Basic Attack Stage 4 to enter True Sight again and land one more Conquest for the fourth stack. Hold Normal Attack for Flaming Sacrifice. Cast Liberation to deal damage, restore four Enflamement, and gain Fiery Feather, then immediately hold Normal Attack for a second Flaming Sacrifice with its 25% ATK increase. Build Concerto Energy and use Outro into the Fusion Liberation carry.

Opening vs. repeat cycles

Intro is a fast True Sight source. Without it, Changli must complete Basic Attack Stage 4, Mid-air Attack Stage 4, or use a Skill charge before each True Sight attack. Tripartite Flames holds two charges and restores one every 12 seconds, so repeat cycles can be slower if both charges were spent late in the previous window.

Why this skill priority

Forte Circuit and Resonance Skill lead because Enflamement, Flaming Sacrifice, True Sight, Conquest, and Charge define the main damage loop. Liberation follows because it supplies a complete second set of four Enflamement and Fiery Feather. Intro and Basic Attack mainly create additional True Sight entries.

Required buffs and assumptions

Each Enflamement stack requires Conquest or Charge to hit; entering True Sight alone does not grant a stack. The post-Liberation Flaming Sacrifice should occur within Fiery Feather's 10-second window. Outro applies only to the incoming character and lasts 10 seconds or until that character switches.

Energy Regen target

No minimum Energy Regen target is listed in the current build data. Liberation supplies four Enflamement immediately, so missing it removes the fastest second Flaming Sacrifice. Emerald of Genesis adds 12.8% Energy Regen, while Endless Collapse can restore six Resonance Energy after Skill once every 20 seconds.

Troubleshooting

Holding Normal Attack does not cast Flaming Sacrifice

Likely cause: Changli has fewer than four Enflamement stacks.

Check: Count successful Conquest or Charge hits, or confirm Liberation granted all four stacks.

Fix: Land another True Sight attack before holding Normal Attack, or use Liberation when ready for an immediate full gauge.

A normal attack comes out instead of Conquest or Charge

Likely cause: True Sight expired after 12 seconds or was already consumed.

Check: Confirm Changli recently used Intro, Basic Attack Stage 4, Mid-air Stage 4, or Tripartite Flames.

Fix: Re-enter True Sight, then use one ground Normal Attack for Conquest or jump and attack for Charge before the state expires.

The second Flaming Sacrifice misses Fiery Feather's ATK increase

Likely cause: More than 10 seconds passed after Liberation.

Check: Review any extra attacks inserted between Radiance of Fealty and the held Heavy Attack.

Fix: Hold Normal Attack immediately after Liberation instead of rebuilding Enflamement that the Liberation already restored.

How to Play

Changli restores Forte Gauge when she jumps or hits a target with Basic Attacks while in True Sight, or casts the Resonance Liberation. When Forte Gauge is full, hold Basic Attack to cast enhanced Heavy Attack.
