Should you build Aemeath?

Aemeath is a Fusion Liberation damage dealer with separate Tune Rupture and Fusion Burst modes. Both modes build Synchronization Rate and Resonance Rate for Heavenfall Edict: Finale, but Seraphic Duet consumes a different Trail and triggers a different status payoff in each mode.

What to know before spending pulls

Choose the mode for the team before investing further. Tune Rupture mode rewards teammates who create Rupturous Trail through Rupture responses. Fusion Burst mode builds Fusion Trail whenever the team inflicts Fusion Burst. Aemeath's base kit already grants teammates up to 20% All DMG Amplification when they apply the matching status.

Do you need the signature weapon?

Everbright Polestar is Aemeath's featured weapon. At level 90 it has 588 ATK and 24.3% Crit Rate. It grants 12% All-Attribute DMG Bonus, and applying Tune Rupture - Shifting or Fusion Burst lets her Liberation damage ignore 32% DEF and 10% Fusion RES for 8 seconds. Emerald of Genesis has the same ATK and Crit Rate, adds 12.8% Energy Regen, and grants up to 12% ATK after two Resonance Skill casts. The featured weapon has the stronger mode-matched Liberation effect, while Emerald helps reach her 118% Energy Regen target and rewards the Skill casts already used to switch forms and cast Duet.

Another character copy or the weapon?

S1 means Aemeath's first Resonance Chain upgrade. During Instant Response it adds 300% Crit DMG to her charged Heavy Attacks and pulls enemies while charging. It also grants a persistent out-of-combat Brilliance state that can turn a Charged II Heavy Attack into 100 Synchronization Rate outside Heavenfall Edict: Unbound. Everbright Polestar instead improves the normal status-to-Finale damage window. S1 changes setup speed and charged-attack output; the weapon directly strengthens the established loop.

Advice for your account

Tune Rupture team

Use Tune Rupture mode with Lynae and Mornye from the current team list. Build Rupturous Trail through team responses, then Seraphic Duet removes those stacks and converts them into additional Tune Rupture damage.

Fusion Burst team

Use Fusion Burst mode with Denia. Team Fusion Burst applications build Fusion Trail, and Seraphic Duet consumes the Trail to trigger Fusion Burst without removing the target's normal Burst stacks.

Account using Emerald of Genesis

Its 12.8% Energy Regen covers the listed 118% target when combined with a small amount from Echoes. The weapon also gains ATK from the repeated Resonance Skill inputs already used for Sync Strikes and Seraphic Duet.

Rotation and troubleshooting

Easy rotation

Enter with Intro to gain 40 Synchronization Rate and Starlume Acceleration. Use normal attacks and Sync Strikes between Aemeath and Mech until Synchronization Rate reaches 200. Cast Heavenfall Edict: Overdrive while Starlume Acceleration is active; this enters Unbound, starts Stardust Resonance, and grants two Resonance Rate points. Complete Basic Attack Stage 4, then cast Seraphic Duet to spend 100 Synchronization and gain one Resonance Rate. Build enough Synchronization for a second Stage 4 and Duet in the other form, reaching four Resonance Rate. Instant Response is now active. Charge a level-two Heavy Attack to restore Synchronization to 200, then cast Heavenfall Edict: Finale to consume both full meters.

Opening vs. repeat cycles

Intro supplies 40 Synchronization and makes Overdrive grant an extra Resonance Rate through Starlume Acceleration. Without Intro, Overdrive grants only one Resonance Rate, so an additional Seraphic Duet is needed before Finale. Stardust Resonance enhances the next two Duets and ends after both are used, which makes the two-Duet Intro cycle the cleanest repeat target.

Why this skill priority

Liberation and Forte Circuit lead because Overdrive, Unbound, Instant Response, Finale, both meters, both Trails, and Seraphic Duet define the full damage cycle. Resonance Skill and Basic Attack are also central because form-switch Sync Strikes and Stage 4 create the Duet windows that fill Resonance Rate.

Required buffs and assumptions

The rotation assumes Intro is available and Overdrive is cast during its 15-second Starlume Acceleration. It also assumes enough Synchronization is rebuilt before each Duet. The status payoff changes with Resonance Mode, so Trail stacks from the wrong mode do not substitute for the selected mode's resource.

Energy Regen target

The build data recommends at least 118% Energy Regen. Overdrive must start Unbound before the meters can unlock Finale, so delayed Resonance Energy stalls the entire two-meter sequence even if Synchronization is already full.

Troubleshooting

Seraphic Duet is unavailable after Basic Attack Stage 4

Likely cause: Synchronization Rate is below 100 or the five-second Seraphic Duo window expired.

Check: Confirm at least 100 Synchronization before Stage 4 and use Resonance Skill during the resulting Seraphic Duo state.

Fix: Build Synchronization through attacks and Sync Strikes first, then complete Stage 4 and cast Duet promptly.

Finale remains unavailable at full Resonance Rate

Likely cause: Synchronization Rate is not also at its 200-point limit, or Unbound has ended.

Check: Finale requires Unbound, 200 Synchronization, and four Resonance Rate at the same time.

Fix: While Instant Response and Unbound are active, cast a Charged II Heavy Attack to restore 200 Synchronization, then use Finale.

Overdrive grants only one Resonance Rate instead of two

Likely cause: Starlume Acceleration was not active.

Check: Confirm Aemeath entered through Intro within the previous 15 seconds before casting Overdrive.

Fix: Use Intro immediately before the setup and cast Overdrive during Starlume Acceleration. Without it, plan one additional Seraphic Duet.

How to Play

Restore Synchronization Rate through attacks. When Synchronization Rate reaches 50%, after casting Basic Attack Stage 4, consume Synchronization Rate to cast Enhanced Sync Attack and restore Resonance Rate. When Resonance Rate is full, casting Enhanced Heavy Attack restores Synchronization Rate. When both Synchronization Rate and Resonance Rate are full, Resonance Liberation Finisher becomes available. Player Guidance

Beginner

Her forte runs on two separate meters, Synchronization Rate and Resonance Rate, that both need managing before Resonance Liberation Finisher unlocks. Missing that timing early on just means falling back to her basic combo loop while the two-meter rhythm becomes automatic.

F2P

Everbright Polestar is her signature, but Emerald of Genesis and Feather Edge, both on the Build tab, cover the Crit Rate and Fusion DMG Bonus her stat priority calls for without that exact weapon.

Progression

The Fusion Burst team with Denia and Chisa on the Teams tab notes that Suisui as the third slot needs Sequence 1 to be worth it; Lynae is the safer swap without that requirement.
